I believe this to be a commemorative plaque from 1922. It is to note the rebuilding of a property. It’s an old wooden piece with a lot of wear but it is extremely cool. She’s missing a top corner, had a crude repair to fix it together where there is a split and has some historic worm that has been treated but that aside I absolutely love it! It’s an incredibly cool piece for wall art.
