We are a small business so if you have delivery requests please email us at hayley@ivyjoan.co.uk and we will try to accommodate your needs where possible. In some cases next day delivery is possible.
Ivy Joan does not accept liability for any delivery instructions issued to the delivery company by the customer. If you leave instructions requesting a parcel to be left in a different location (e.g. shed, garage, with a neighbour) we cannot accept responsibility, if you fail to receive your parcel.
Where possible we try to do our bit for the environment, this means where possible we used recycled packaging or products that are eco friendly. Our packing pellets are compostable & our bubble wrap is recycle friendly but we also suggest reusing this.

Antique and Vintage selling code:
Please note all items are of a second hand nature with many being over 100 years old so they are likely to have wear and in some cases damage, we mention if items have specific damage but all items will have an overall age so their condition will be in line with this.
With wooden items please note they will all have been treated for woodworm coming into our workshop and going out of our workshop but due to the nature of woodworm we cannot guarantee on any item that there is no active worm and cannot be held liable for any active worm. It is the nature of these pieces and we would recommend worming annually on any shabby chic pieces.
