This is a particularly lovely pot, it’s from Provence just south of the ardeche, it’s an antique piece and is truly stunning. Originally used for preserves which is why it’s lost some glaze, this happens as they are buried to keep cool. The colour is stunning, a soft yellow with the perfect amount of ware, little chips to the rim and chippy glaze, just stunning! I really love this. If you love rustic, worn pieces this is for you.
