Soupieres just ooze French elegance to us. We can see this sitting proud on a dresser in the front hall or a feature in a dining room. Such an elegant piece in the most beautiful cream tones. We would pop some dried hydrangea heads in her to really make her the centrepiece. These are always stunners but the colour on this one just makes it extra special! Beautiful handles, she has some wear, an external deep hairline but all inkeeping with the gorgeous piece. The base has a piece on the underside unglazed, this is from the original firing process.
