This is a beautiful little piece, a gorgeous oil painting, it’s a beautiful colourful piece by a known french artist. it’s such a happy piece!
I personally would leave her unframed and place her on a little shelf with all your trinkets! Beautiful! She is well worn but has a lot of age, comes in a lovely little frame.
