This is beautiful, a 19C platter - probably from 1860-1880 this is a lovely piece from Julien Niel de Varages. It’s a lovely white piece, she has some hairlines and chips but all part of her age and history. This is a collectors piece, I would love to see her on a wall or on display on a dresser.
