Gosh this is special! A stunning oil on canvas in beautifully complementing colours. She has a large tear to the top left corner but it’s along the canvas line so not too noticeable and could of course be taped. It doesn’t detract from the beauty of the piece, for me these authentic blemishes are just part of buying a piece with this much age. I love that background colour it’s deep but with a real softness in its tone.
