This is a beautiful piece from Italy it’s 18C a very early piece. She is worn with paint chips and a larger piece of wear on the side of the face. For me this doesn’t put me off the piece, the opposite actually. It’s a very old oil on canvas with a frame. The frame is antique too and very well worn in places. A truly special piece, lovely for a gallery wall or similar.
