Everything about this soupiere makes my heart skip a beat. The lovely aged patina, the gorgeous little ribbon handles, the crazing and then to top it all off she has a lid. There is simply nothing to dislike. She does have a small hairline and a few knocks and grazes as seen in the photo but imperfection only makes her more perfect in my eyes. Imagine popping your Brussel sprouts in her on your Christmas table... perhaps then they might be bearable!
