This is a very special piece the detailing on the painting is stunning and it is incredibly painted. This would look superb on a dark wall - a great Parisian find! Painted by Leon Bonnat(1833-1922) a famous French artist, a sought after find with his work fetching great prices at auction. This piece is worn, he has flaked in places, especially around the edges but to me it’s absolutely beautiful.
