This is a fantastic find, a beautiful piece by Leonard Coquet. This was part of a two piece sequence the other is the flowers outside Sacre Couer, which recently sold at auction for over 400 euro. I personally think this one is more special given the history of the Notre Damn. The artist was painting between 1899-1952 but this piece is from 1922. A very special piece of French history, this would make a fantastic gift, I just love it! She comes in her original frame she has some wear. The frame is glass fronted so protects the painting.
