This painting on canvas it is just so gorgeous and we think she is so beautiful. Such a dark and atmospheric piece. There is a softness yet a sterness to her too - I love the detailing down to the window in the background or the shadows of the chair in the front, gorgeous! I love the thought of what she could be reading, a little slice of her past. This piece has age and the piece is worn in places like the bottom corner as you can see.
