Oh... everything about this makes my heart sing. The tones of the sky and the sea, the fact that that they are staring out to sea (Cornwall is our favourite place and the sea is our special place) and the rustic edge to the painting. I could see her propped up on a shelf above a fireplace with some vintage stoneware. Oh goodness me, this really does tick all the boxes!
