This is just the most amazing piece, these huge pots are not easy to find! This one is very old made very early on in the 1800s it belonged to a collector, the dealer I purchased it from showed me an old painted portrait of the original owner and his wife. They lived in a chateau and were avid mustard pot collectors.
This piece is worn with hairlines but to be expected, it’s a truly special find!
