What a find, this is a collectors piece. A genuine french oil jug. These pieces are incredible sought after now, and rightly so they are very hard to source. It’s a great piece and that text - so lovely!
This would look lovely on a side top or dresser with some lovely flowers.
Aged of course but the worn condition and age are what this piece is about, every chip and hairline is part of its story! At over 200 years old I’m sure it’s seen it all!
