This is a beautiful find, signed by the artist Bullard this little oil painting is so detailed. The lovely blues and greens with that background is perfect! She is framed, but I love that the frame allows her to do the talking! We have three paintings all by the same artist and the same size in todays collection, they are being sold separately but we love them together!
