I think this is the loveliest token of someone's passing. I wish it was something we still did now, as it’s a lovely gesture. Imagine if you had a few of these for people in your garden near a bench so you could sit and take a moment to remember them. Such a lovely idea. These pieces are incredibly rustic so if you like your vintage a little more perfect then there probably aren't for you! Originally they would have been found at graves so they are well weathered, this one dates back to 1929. It’s the best one in this collection, having that cross on the bottom is particularly hard to find, I love it! A lovely size and super condition for one of these!
